08/02/16 White House Demonstration for Coptic Christians in Egypt

A small group of people carrying  signs and flags marched in front of the White House Tuesday afternoon, drawing attention to mistreatment of Coptic Christians  in Egypt.

They say attacks on Coptic communities in Egypt have dramatically increased in the past few months.  A few examples are:
--  A 33-year old Coptic pharmacist, Magdi Attia Ghobrial was butchered in the city of Tanta on July 4, 2016.
--  The church of Archangel Michael in el-Madamoud, Luxor was burned July 16, 2015.
--  The family of Coptic priest Father Pham Mary Khalif was attacked and his brother killed and 3 injured in a stabbing on July 17, 2016.
