8/13/14 R.I.S.E. Opens In Ward 8

Mayor Vincent C. Gray joined with community members Wednesday, August 13 to cut the ribbon on the R.I.S.E. (Relate, Innovate, Stimulate and Elevate) Demonstration Center, formerly the chapel on the St. Elizabeths East Campus in Ward 8. The Center is a flexible meeting, tech and demonstration space designed to build interest in the redevelopment of the St. Elizabeths East Campus.
